The City of Norfolk’s publication “Civic Connection” provides a great deal of information for Norfolk citizens. The SACL uses this as a resource for some of the information in our newsletter. There’s so much in there, that we couldn’t possibly convey it all through The Suburban. Know that the Civic Connection is available in its entirety on the norfolk.gov website.
